while scrutinizing the application it was noticed that the unit has not filled the Details of bye product and intermediate product manufactured in the application. Further the unit has not uploaded the following documents in the application. 1. Land use classification of the site obtained from the competent authority. 2. STP design approved by any approved educational institution / research schploar. 3. NOC for drawl of ground water from State Ground and Surface Water Resources Data Centre (SG&SWRDC), Public Works Department (PWD), Govt. Of Tamilnadu, Tharamani, Chennai . 4. Permission from the competent authority to discharge the excess sewage in to the Pallavaram Municipal sewer. 5. Proof of documents for the compliance EC clearance. 6. Planning permission from the competent authority. Hence the application filed by the unit is returned and you arerequested to resubmit the same after incorporating the above details in the application . |
